Karuizawa | Minamihara
|
Minamihara is a villa district established by Professor Kesazo Ichimura (at the time), a political scientist at Waseda University. Professor Ichimura, who was also a major landowner in Minamihara, worked with colleagues such as Professor Sakae Agatsuma to create a vacation home community here primarily for scholars. The Minamihara Cultural Association—a community of vacation home owners in Minamihara—established a rule that its tennis courts could not be used until after 2:00 p.m. so as not to disturb the scholars’ morning study sessions, and this rule is still observed today.
This property is a flat, corner lot of approximately 995 square meters, conveniently located just south of the Minamihara Intersection on National Route 18—immediately after crossing the Minamihara Overpass—about 30 meters east of the corner where Minamihara Avenue and Ichino-tohri street meet. The surrounding area similarly features neatly arranged lots of approximately 1,000 square meters each. An old house built in 1963 stands on this property, but it will be delivered as-is. We look forward to hearing from interested buyer customers. 物件概要を読み込んでいます。少々お待ちください...
