From JR Karuizawa Station, head south on Prince Dori Avenue and turn west on Route 18 bypass at the intersection of Minami Karuizawa. Then, you will see the entrance to Shirakabadai villa district at your left.  For those who are familiar with Karuizawa restaurants, it may be easier to understand that it is just south side across the Route 18 from the Yakiniku Ichiryu restaurant.  Shirakabadai is a forest villa district located around the mid-point between Shin Karuizawa and Naka Karuizawa, with easy access to all parts of the town.
 
There are three lot subdivisions on a north facing slope near the Shirakabadai entrance, just south of Route 18.
 
Lot A is a subdivision of 797 sqm and is at far side from R18.
 
Lot B is a 2,180 sqm subdivision on high ground from its facing road, with a driveway extension from the road at the north.  Beautiful Mt. Asama can be seen from the hilltop toward north side.  Such scenic location is a rare in Shirakabadai.
 
Lot C is a 1341 sqm subdivision and is located closest to R18.  Roughly half of it is designated as residential zone; therefore, it is easier to plan a construction than other two lots.
