Oku Karuizawa-go is located in the southwestern part of Tsumagoi Village, about 25 minutes by car from Naka Karuizawa Station on National Route 146 and the Oni-Oshi Highway, a toll road, and is a villa district in Kita-Karuizawa managed by Nihon Kogyo Co.  The surrounding area is relatively convenient for a vacation home in North Karuizawa, with the sightseeing spot Onioshidashi-en on the south side, Prince Land Golf Club and Karuizawa Toy Kingdom on the north side, and Hotel Karuizawa 1130 on the east side.

The property is a corner forested land parcel located approximately 700 meters (9 minutes) on foot from a bus stop on the bus route connecting Karuizawa and Kusatsu via the Onioshi Highway.  The property is located in an area managed by Nihon Kogyo, and is a privately managed villa district with water supply and road management provided by that company.  The roads running north-south are paved and wide, so even large vehicles will have no difficulty passing through.

The terrain is basically gently sloping toward the north, but there are some uneven areas that require some landscaping for construction and exterior work.
