Nasu Highland | Shuhoen
Nasu Kogen is a highland area stretching from Nasu Town to Nasu Shiobara City in Tochigi Prefecture. It is widely known as the home of the imperial family's official residence. It is also known for the orderly townscape realized by its strict landscape ordinances. It is a recreation area where you can feel a very elegant atmosphere whether driving or walking.
The Shuhoen villa area is located in a convenient district, close both to the Nasu exit of the Tohoku Expressway and the commercial center of Nasu Highlands. In the adjacent area to the south is Rindoko Family Ranch, a major recreational facility in the area, which attracts a large number of tourists during peak times.
This property is located near the approximate center of Shuhoen, and is probably the largest parcel in this villa district. There are a few permanent residences in the area. Usually, private water supply is used in such villa districts, but in Shuhoen, the water is connected to the town water supply system even though the water supply contract is made with private entity. Therefore, even though the water is supplied by the town, the annual water fee is fixed, a system that is not found in other areas.
In addition, a hot spring (provided by Nasu Kogen Onsen Co., Ltd.) water pipe runs under the road in front of the house, allowing you to enjoy the hot spring by pulling it in.
The land slopes gently toward the south, making it possible to construct bright villas and houses.
Looking forward to hearing from interested buyer parties.
