Naka Karuizawa - Tsurudamari
|
The town road Tsurudamari line starts at Karuizawa Town Hall and ends at Hoshino Resort, through Karuizawa Public Hall, Kabutoyama villa district, and Tsurudamari villa district. When traffic on National Route 18 and146 becomes heavy during summer seasons, this road is often used as a bypassing road for cars.
Tsurudamari villa district is one of the largest villa districts in Naka Karuizawa region, spreading along Tsurudamari line. There are privately managed villa districts in Tsurudamari, such as Mitsui Forest, Mikasa Park, Hoshino villa district, Blanchard's Forest, and Izumigaoka. They are all managed within a certain collected area. In remaining area of Tsurudamari, two local property management companies, Kowa Sightseeing Development and Tsuchiya Villa Management manage and maintain water supply system and roads in each of those scattered districts. As you can find in the map on this page, this land is located on the hillside road which runs off eastbound from the town road. It is near the hilltop, too. The front facing road is mountanious road, which sees deadend around this property location. In sum, only owners of neighbor house use this road. It is very quiet environment. Currently this lot is just natural forest. The owners of neighboring lots look to taking advantage of northwest-facing hillside terrain and build their cottages where they can enjoy Asamayama mountain scenery by cutting woods toward the mountain direction. It should be one of the best properties for those of you who likes to enjoy forest scenery and environment. Please visit and confirm its value by yourself. See also our other property listings.
